Heartache at UFC 145 for Hominick
04/23/2012
Mark Hominick dropped a heartbreaking decision to Eddie Yagin this weekend at UFC 145 in Philadelphia, PA. It was a very close back and forth fight but Mark went into the decision expecting a win. Consecutive losses after his impressive performance against the champion last year have left everyone rather surprised. But a veteran fighter like Mark knows what it takes to return to form. You can expect Hominick to get back to hunting down the title asap!

Danzig Impresses in Battle of TUF Winners
04/23/2012
Mac Danzig looked great in his UFC 145 appearance against former TUF winner Efrain Escudero and cruised to a dominant unanimous decision with superior striking and clinch work. Despite fighting with a severly swollen ankle from an Escudero heel attack Mac continued to use movement and technique to pick him apart. It was a great win for Mac! Stay tuned to see who comes next!

Matt Brown is a tough S.O.B.
04/23/2012
Matt Brown laid waste to any notions that his opponent at UFC 145, Stephen Thompson, was the next big thing in the 170 pound division. From beginning to end Brown stalked Thompson down and wore him out. Matt's ground game proved to be far too much for his young opponent to handle and was the deciding factor in Matt's unanimous decision victory!

Alessio Loses Decision at UFC 145
04/23/2012
John Alessio's return to the UFC was a tough one. Facing one of the toughest grapplers in the division, Mark Bocek, is not exactly a warm up fight. But John stepped in on late notice and put on a great show for the fans. Unfortunately the judges awarded the unanimous decision to Bocek however John surely has impressed the UFC fans and should get another shot soon!

Brian Stann Back in the Mix
04/16/2012
It took less than one round for Brian Stann to insert himself right back into the running for the UFC middleweight belt. Clearly the sharper and better prepared fighter, Stann controlled the fight against Alessio Sakara from beginning to end. The end came when Brian clobbered Sakara from within his guard, knocking him out and forcing the ref to step in. Another great win for Brian Stann!
